Hi and welcome to my blog. After recently having my first child (Jessica), I'm now getting back in shape. Just to give you an idea of my exercise to date, i was walking for 45mins to an hour around 4 days a week throughout the pregnancy.
Jessica is now 6mths old and i think its time i started to get moving and shift some weight....
I was somewhere between 60 and 61 kgs when i feel pregnant and was weighed in at 73.9kgs at the hospital when i was in labour. I was very lucky in that when Jess was two weeks old i weighed myself and i was back to 62.9kgs. I am sure i have put on weight since then and would guess i would be around 65kgs now (i will check tomorrow and update you). My goal weight is 58kgs.
I am still breastfeeding and plan to do so until Jess is around 12mths so i don't want to limit my cals or train too hard incase it effects my milk. My goal at the moment is to just get moving again. I hope to exercise 4 times a week (as a minimum) for 1hour. As for my diet i will be cutting down on Junk food (i have a very sweet tooth esp for CHOCOLATE) and adding more fruit and vege.
I plan to use this blog as a way of documenting my food intake and daily exercise. I will also record how i incorporate exercise into my busy schedule and any difficulties i have too. At the moment i definitly don't feel comfortable in most of my clothes because i feel fat and look at myself and think yuck on a daily basis.
Soooo the time has come to get moving 1st day tomorrow.
